Hi Kristen!

How it's all going? I wanted to tell you some advice for when you come to school.

In my school we use an uniform but don't have to worry about that, we'll buy you one. All you have to bring is your trainers because we have PE twice a week, your swimsuit, so we could go to the pool on weekends, and you mustn't forget your school bag, some notebooks and some pens.

At SIL we enter at 9 am, then, we have lunch at 2.30 pm and we finish at 5.30. You´re allowed to eat at school but my house is very near so we can go and eat there.

We have English on Tuesdays, Thrusdays and Fridays, that won't be difficult for you. But we have Spanish on mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, so we're going to help you on that. You should also bring your drawing book and your professional colours because we have Art on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and I know you are very good on it.

You'll have homework too, so when we arrive home we will do our homework, I will help you if you have problems at any subject, and then we can go anywhere you want or do whatever you like.

You can´t wear pearsings or something like that , and you have to take of the bracelets that are noisely .

You musn’t forget your sport equipment , because we’re doing gymnastics and sport with the college . In Mondays and Wednesdays we’re going to the school of dance Cristina Colome , to do funnky , jazz and hip hop , so you have to wear big trainers.

I’m doing homework and studing all the days , but I have a laptop computer that it will you like , so as you can connect to internet will I’m studing .

Bring you a lot of money because we love shoping , so we’re going shoping almost all the weekends .

in my school we have to wear uniform, except on Friday that we're allowed to bring our clothes.You can buy the uniform in every comercial centre.
 You musn't forget your trainers because we've got tennis all the days.
 As you will see in the timetable that I upploed, we have english on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, two hours each day. We won't do art until next year becuase some teachers have complained about the small amount of hours that they have to teach us their lessons.
 Here it's not really cold but it rains a lot every day. You must bring jackets, gloves, etc.You must also bring an umbrella.

Hi Jay,

In my school we wear uniform so you must buy one when you arrive to Barcelona because if not you can’t enter. We wear a polo maroon and a gray trousers and when its cold or to eat at school you have to put on an overall, you don’t have to wear uniform in excursions of all the day, its very funny and you can bring some money to buy a souvenir.

My school is concentrated and its very big, we have good teachers and usually come boys from other countries like Russia or from South America so you don’t have to worry obout other guys that doesn’t know Spanish.

We study five days per week, seven hours. The teachers put a lot of homework but you only have to do English homework and study vocabulary in Spanish.

I play basketball so you’re should see me playing basketball because I train four days and I play a match one day at the weekend, so I don’t have time to do a lot of things but I must try to haven’t a lot of homework but I don’t promise anything.

I'm waiting for you here in Spain. I have to wear uniform to school. You will have to wear some trousers grey and a dark red shirt or something like this.You must have your hair cutted  because it's prohibited to have long hair, the boys. You are allowed to wear some wristbands but not a lot.


Don't forget your trainers because we have P.E. on Mondays and on Thursdays. Bring some pictures from your country because if you bring them we will see how is England.The worst day is Tuesday because we have boring classes in the morning. We have Art on Thursdays so you can bring some drawings if you want.


We start school at 9:00 and we finish at 17:30. I arrive home like at 17:45 and then I watch TV half an hour, and then I do my homework, you can watch tv while I work.

Hi Kenya

Well i'm gonna explain you the rules that you never forget for to the new school. The teachers repeat the rules but it's better if I said you first. For the things to wear, you have to wear a uniform. You can go with earrings but if you put the class of earrings biggest... Well you understand there I'm saying. You haven't to put make up, but the most of the girls does this, but I advice that don't do.

This school it's good for you to practise your Spanish and Catalan, but quite if you don't understand something ask for you mates.The clases starts to 9 AM, and finish to 17:30 PM. Normaly you go to eat it's to 14:30 PM, but the Thursdays you finish to 13:30. You should you to put food to the first lunch.

If you want I can explain you more things.

I sent you an email last week with the timetable of the school. Remember that on mondays we have PE so you have to bring your trainers. The first day you are allowed to skip classes because the teachers will show you all the school and your temporal dormroom.

I'm so excited:) ! You're sharing room with me! That's so cool!

Very important! You aren't allowed to wear piercings, makeup, and hair dyed in strong colours! And if you wear skirt, it has to be as long as your knee. I think it isn't a problem for you but it's necessary to know:P

Anyway, English classes will be easy to you, you must bring a notebook with photos from England sticked in it if you want to get high marks. Would be fantastic for you!

We have homework every day! So you can help me with English and I help you with Spanish! You don't have to do if you don't understand something so you can read or listen to music while I'm finishing my homework.

Bring lightweight clothes because in here it's quite hot! And don't forget a jacket for the afternoons, because the temperature goes down at 6 p.m .

Dear Brenna,

     Hi again! I'm super happy that your coming! I'm ecstatic! I have so much planned for when you come in May!

     I wanted to let you know, you don't have to bring an umbrella because I'm sure we have enough. Besides if you don't bring one you will have more space in your suitcase, and you must have room for souvenirs! I forgot to tell you something about school. You are allowed to wear a little bit of jewelry, but not during gym. That's why I just don't wear any on Monday and Thursday.

     On the plane your not allowed to bring more than two carry-on's. You mustn't stay awake the whole time on the plane. When It's night time for Barcelona, try to sleep a little so you can flip your U.S.A schedule.

     Also, try to sleep when we go to bed so that we can have all day together without you being exhausted. While I do my homework you can always just watch T.V or play on our computer if you want.

     Everything here is so much different than little Flagstaff! You must tell me  everything that I've missed in Flagstaff okay?!? My mom said that we might be able to go to the Balearic Islands! So you must bring a swimming suit  or two! Maybe you'll even pick up a little Spanish! Below is my schedule for school.

How are you?? It’s me, Tomy!! Well, I’m going to tell you many things that you must or mustn’t were when you come here. To begin with, you need to wear a cap and an umbrella; you also need some writing material, a calculator and some winter clothes, here it’s now very cold.

You don’t need to wear uniform, basically because in our school we don’t have to wear uniform. You can bring some bracelets if you want but the ones that are very discrete.

We have P.E. twice a week so don’t forget your sport clothes. Ah! And a very important thing! Don’t forget the calculator because the maths that we’re doing are quite difficult, so don’t forget it! We have English three times a week, but that shouldn’t be a problem for you.

Well, I have to study every day because if not, I forget the notes that I make in class, and I spend approximately 45-60 minutes doing homework. During this time you can play PS3 or watch TV. Another thing that it will be profitable to you to know is that each day that I don’t need to do homework I go to the gym. So if you want to go with me, tell it to me now because I will inscribe you. Well, I think that’s all!

As you come tomorrow I'll give you some advice. In my school, we must wear uniform at my school. You have to wear a skirt and a polo with socks and black shoes. We've got an excursion on Thursday,and you have to wear trainers, because we're going to Montserrat.

We have English every day, and my teacher wants to meet you, we want you to explain some things. You mustn't forget your tracksuit and trainers because we have P.E. on Mondays and Thursdays.

Every aftermoon I do homework, so you can do what ever you wnt to. But my teachers want that you do some homework too. And you will stay 2 weeks so... You're allowed to do homework.

I'll go to airport romorrow to pick you up at 18:30 h. This Saturday we have the Sheila's party. Do you remember, no? I'll introduce you to all my friends. I can't wait!

Directed by Alfonso Cuarón and starring Clive Owen, Claire-Hope Ashitey and Julianne Moore.

Last Sunday I download from the internet an excellent film that was action-packed till the end, with an incredible actuation of the both principal actors that stars this movie, Clive Owen and Claire-Hope Ashitey.

We are in 2027 the humanity is on the verge of extinction when the youngest boy in the world
die at the age of 18… all the women in the world have become sterile. All, no, suddenly appears one black girl pregnant called Kee (Claire-Hope Ashitey) who is discovered by an association that wants to help her. Theo (Clive Owen) is hired by Julian (Julianne Moore) who works for that group, his mission, protect
that woman and go with her till find another community who wants to save her, called “Human Project”. Actually is the group going to help Kee?

In the whole film you have a nail-biting climax but it transmitted to you lots of feelings, from
de rabies to kill till the understanding that one life can stop a war, and one life can  save the planet…

Nemo

I sometimes see this type of films, but I have to admit, that this movie has a lot of imagination and creativity. This incredible film is called “Nemo”.
 It’s about a clownfish that gets lost, and lives a lot of adventures in the human world outside the sea. Then his father and his friend go to rescue him, they fight with jellyfish, they have long conversations with the old turtles and fly inside a bird.
My favourite part is when Nemo finds his father and they come back home together, in the middle of the sea.
In conclusion, I recommend this film, to have a good a time.

Film review

Fanatic

Long time ago, I saw an incredible and fantastic film Starring Robert de Niro, Wesley Snipes and Benicio del Toro that had me on the edge of my seat: Fanatic. I want to talk about this film because the rapport between Robert de Niro and Wesley Snipes is absolutely astonishing.

The film is about a man (Robert de Niro), that supports a baseball team with lot of enthusiasm. His team, books Bobby (Wesley Snipes) , the best baseball player of in the league.

It began begins to have a nail-biting climax when Wesley begins to loose his baseball skills and at the same time that humble player of the team (Benicio del Toro) begins to grow up until he becomes the best player of his team.

Robert, whose favourite player is Wesley, thinks that the best idea to make Wesley grow up again as a baseball player is to kill Benicio del Toro. With this I could say that from now on, the film was action-packed till the end.

FAST and FURIUS 5

   Highlights: My favourite parts of the film are when they are going to stole steal the safe and they destroyed all the city in a very short time it was very exciting, and the end it has a lot of suspense, in fact all the film had me on the edge of my seat.

   Your riting: It's a very exciting film so my rating is 5 out of 5.

All the cars are fantastic! It's a film for both boys and girls. Especially boys but also girls. I liked that the fighting is not seen and the imagination of the plans and diferent strange cars and guns.

The Perfect Storm

Starring George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg, Will Fichtner, John Reilly, Diane Lane, Karen Allen and Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio.

A drama film of two hours and ten minutes, that keeps you guessing right till the end. Some parts are hilarious, is ambiented set in the 90's, based in on a real story of some fishermen that are in Gloucester in Massachussets. The work of the protagonist Billy Thyne is going bad, and they want to go to Sable Island to fish and get raise up their business, but when they have finished fishing, they wanted to go back home, but they had to go through a storm and inside the storm occurs the inesparated.

In conclusion, it is the best film I've ever seen, and I have enyojed very much. They The Simpsons have also done a dramatization in their hilarious and famous series.

THE GODFATHER

I'm going to talk about the godfather's film, because it is my favourite film, and because of this I recommend it for all the people that likes cinema. This film is action-packed since the beginning till the end. In this film, Francis Ford Coppola, the director, has exceeded the limits. With the incredible paper of Marlon Brando, Al-Pacino and Andy Garcia this film is considered for a lot of people, the best film has been done in the history behind of Ciudadano Kane (1941) and Casablanca (1942). This film is about a crime family that lives in New York in the 1940s. It explains so good how a the crime families wanted to protect their-selves themselves from other crime families, and how important that is the leadership in crime families that come from the father to the son.

Film review

I don't usually like not famous films, but yesterday I saw Supercross, for liking this films, you have to like motorcycles as well, specially, cross one's. As you already very well know, this movie is about cross, there are two brothers about eighteen years old, whose father was a good cross rider, but he died when they were only 8 years old. Since that moment, the brothers decide to continue their father's career, so year after year they improve in their sport, they win races and all that stuff. They have different styles of riding, the little one, Trip, is faster and he likes to do stunts while he's in the air, but he falls a lot because he doesn't care. However, the old one, Carley, is not that fast but he wins more races because he never falls down. Nami, a very good cross team signs Carley, and Trip envys him, but actually he's proud of his brother. Carley discovers that Nami only wants him to help his other pilot, Roney, to win, his mission was to protect him in the races, so, he becomes angry and win a race, so Nami dismiss him. During that time, Trip meets a girl that also participate in cross races, so they instantly become in love. That girl, Katy, is extremy rich, so she has the best motorcycles, and she lents one to Trip. I personally think that Katy is crazier than Trip, so that's why they fit that good. But one day Trip falls in a race because of Roney, and he hurts himself a lot, so his brother, Carley takes his motorcycle and takes revenge, but only winning Roney in the final race, in Las Vegas.
That race is simply fantastic, awesome, brutal...
