An informal letter

Dear Fulanito,
How are you? Well, I think that you aren't that fine.
I'm really sad about the letter that you sent me. Don't worry, I know that you are an excellent student and you can easily retake your exams if you study hard.
Here am I, in the beautiful city of Barcelona and today I'm the happiest person you could ever see! Do you know why? Today it's my birthday! So I'd be very glad if your gift is that, from now on, you won't fail any exam.
Anyway, I hope that apart of that, you and your familiy are well.
