Students Shouldn't Have HWK

Nowadays, children have a lot of homework. Apart of the hours that we have at school, teachers send us homework to do at home. In my opinion, we (students) shouldn't have homework.
I definitely think that homework it's unnecessary, because the things that we do in class, then we have to do them at home. I strongly think that homework it's only to have something to do at home so to not get bored.
Of course, I really agree, that there are some disadvantages if you don't have homework. Some of them would be that without it, we can't practice for the exams. This implies that we have to study with no practice. I truly think that also, people can get lazier. If you aren't used to work, if you had homework, you wouldn't wanted to do it.
As far as I'm concerned, if students wouldn't have homework I'll be very happy about that. And of course, I think that also many students.

Should students have Homework

There are some schools that obligate students to do a lot of homework like mine. There are many things for and against that topic. In my opinion students could be allowed to choose the quantity of homework within limits.

Against having homework, I have to say that if students had less homework, they would never be stressed, as far as I'm concerned almost all the private schools send a lot of homework to the children so those students could be uncomfortable with the school.

On the other hand we all know that may be if students hadn't HWK they wouldn't practise out of the school. I strongly think that homework makes people not to forget what they've learned at school.

In conclusion, I feel that homework should to be completly optative for making children feel comfortable with his/her school and having more free time at home.

Students sholuldn't have homework

Homework is a part of the school environment, but this is not an excuse why as teachers send us so much homework. I personally think that homework changes our plans, so as students shouldn't have lots of homework.

As always, there are advantages and disadvantages about doing homework. The advantages are that homework help us to revise and not to forget the lessons that we've done, and helps the teachers to get faster their books. The disadvantages are that the homework is a very tiring thing and that you know that if you don't do the exercises, you will have a problem. Another disadvantage is that homework changes our plans. When you arrive home after seven hours of having class, you shouldn't have anymore tasks.

In my opinion, hometasks are good for revising, but with ten minutes it's enough.
This is my opinion and,of course, I can be wrong

Opinion essay

Students shouldn’t have homework

In this text you will see, the advantages and disadvantages of having homework. In my opinion, homework it’s boring, but it helps you to study for the exam.

I truly think that there are a lot of advantages, for example: you can practise a little bit every day, having homework, so you don’t need studying everything the day before the exam. In my opinion, doing homework is an easy way of practicing grammar and vocabulary.

As well as I’m concerned there are also disadvantages. Students sometimes feel bored doing homework. After the classes we are tired, so we prefer playing PS3 to studying again. I think that teachers give us so much homework during the week.

In conclusion teachers, have to give us homework. But I think It would be more comfortable for us, the possibility of waiting until the weekend to do it.

Opinion Essay

STUDENT SHOULDN'T HAVE HWK
Nowadays the students have a lot of homework and a lot of hours a week at school, they don't have much time for doing extracurricular activities. extracurricular activities are good for the organisation of the brain, and when the students arrive home they must study a litle bit of some subjects they will have the next day. The teachers shouldn't give us so much homework at holidays. But personaly I think that we must have some homework of each subject, for example two exercices each subject, that in total we will study for one hour at home.
On one hand the homework is a good way to learn and study more at home, but in fact it is at school where we must study and learn things.
On the other hand students must have more time to "live" and to relax after nine hours at school wich during seven hours we have class lessons. After school it's good to practice an extracurricular activitie like sport, this is a "homework", to have a little bit of activity after sitting seven hours on a chair having several lessons.
sport to have a little bit of activitY after so many hours at school.
One of the homeworks we must do is reading a little bit before we go to bed, instead of sitting in front of one of the silly boxes that make us be more silly than yesterday.
Students must sleep very good at home to be good at school lessons the next day, and they must have a healthy life, and eat correctly at school and at home, this is one of the important things students must do. In conclusion/In my opinion/Personally/To sum up/To conclude, I personally believe that students shouldn't have so much homework. We would be happier and better.

Opinion essay homework

In many schools all over the world teachers send tones of homework to the students.

Is homework bad? Is it good? Does it really help ?

If you ask a teacher she/ he would probably say that it is really helpful for her/ his students. The reasons are that during the school time there is not enough time to do exercises individually and that it helps to reinforce learning. They have the idea that more homework makes better students. However, pupils don’t think the same way as teachers do. In my opinion homework can be good and bad.

On the one hand, after a long day at school, we are often too tired to make more effort at the end of the day. I strongly believe that teachers don’t send us the tasks to torture us. I just want to think that it’s good for us . The problem comes when we get batteries of work because we haven’t behaved properly at school; in this case we don’t have enough time to finish it and we have to do it fast and in a bad way and the results are always awful.

On the other hand, I truly think a good home work could consist in reading a book, doing some painting, surfing the internet looking up for information, watching a film in a foreign language As far as I’m concerned homework has to be individualized; some students need more to practice the lessons given at school in order to be successful in the exams and some other students do not need to be all day long studying .

Students shouldn’t have homework

We, students, have a busy life. We go to school, study for exams, sometimes we do extracurricular activities, and teachers send us homework. Doing homework has positive and negative things.

On the one hand, doing homework helps us practicing the different things we’ve learnt in the lesson. It also helps us somitimes with the spelling.

On the other hand, doing homework makes us to waste a lot of time when we have exams and when we want to relax. But the most important thing is that I strongly believe that teachers put us lots of homework, without caring about if we have exams, if we do extracurricular activities, or if on that day we have to go to somewhere, and we can’t do it.

As far as I'm concerned, people usually do the homework. However, I think that if one person doesn’t do his/her homework, the teacher would have to consider if that person didn’t want to do it, or if he or she couldn’t do it.

Opinion Essay

STUDENTS SHOULDN’T HAVE HOMEWORK

We know that doing homework is very boring but, I personally think that homework has positive and negative things.

On the one hand, homework is positive because, with it you can study for exams and it helps you to have more vocabulary.

On the other hand, home work is negative because, teachers sometimes send us a lot of homework and nobody want to do it. I truly think that if they send us a little bit less of it, all the people we’ll do it.

In conclusion, if teachers can send us the homework in different days, but not exceed, more people will do it.

Opinion Essay

Students shouldn't have HMW

Homework, what a beautiful word no? NO! That is worse than a swearword, however, all the people know what it is, but the children are the most concerned people about it. Nevertheless, like everything, that has good and bad things, and that is what I'm going to write about. Students shouldn't have homework.

In one hand homework is a posibility to repass the lessons that we have done in the previously class. Also is a chance to be more responsible, do the homework all the days and don't forget it. In the other hand as far as I'm concerned, you have to carry a lot of books to do something that you already know it, and when the children arrive to his/her houses spend a lot of time doing them, and they have to have more free time to do some hobby or something like that because sometimes is something useless.

In conclusion, children can have homework but only if the teachears allow them time to do it, because when . But if in a near future the teachears won't put to the children homework, nobody nobody will complain.

Opinion essay:

Students shouldn't have homework:

Homework is boring but it helps us to understand . We always have homework even in Christmas and summer. In my opinion it's not fear for us that some kids haven't got homework and us yes.
I think that the teachers shouldn't put homework on holidays or if they give us homework they shouldn't give us a lot of homework.

Homework has advantages and desadvantages:

The advantages:
The homework helps us to study and asweel it helps us to organise our selfs. It helps us to learn lots and to have general knowledge.

And the desadvantages: The homework can be very boring or you maybe can't understand how to do it. When you have homework you have less free time to enjoy yourself.

In conclusion, I think they should put less homework and distributed in small porcions.

OPINION ESSAY

STUDENTS SHOULDN'T HAVE HOMEWORK

Well, now I'm going to talk about "homework". First of all, I think any/almost any student likes homework. In fact, homework has some positive and negative things.

In this hand, I think homework makes students learn more because they have to write and do truly complicated exercises and making us to do exercise in the wrist. There are also some exercises that are fun.

On the other hand, doing homework makes students waste ink every time they write. Homework doesn't let us have free time to do anything we want to, as far as I'm concered, homework is a waste of time!

In conclusion, I think that It's good for us to do homework but not a lot, then we havn't got time to play or to do things. So, for all teachers that are reading this, don't give students lots of homework!!!

An Opinion Essay

I think that for two years, some mobile phones had been stoled in our school. So I want to send a warning to everyone. Keep your mobile phones in your pockets, and we don`t wand another steal.

Some days ago somebody stole a mobile phone to a classmate in the class, nobody knows who has been the stealer. The school is looking for the person that did that. If you ask me I think that is very uncomfortable because probably you won't find it again. If the mobile phone is a cheap one, you don't worry so much, but if it is a expensive one you will worry.

I definitely think that people that does this things, better don't do it because you can have big problems if they catch you.

OPINION ESSAY

There are some schools that obligate students to wear uniform like mine. There are many things for and against that topic. In my opinion students could be allowed to wear what they wanted within limits.

Against wearing uniforms, I have to say that going with your own clothes makes you tell other people how you are, as far as I'm concedered almost all the uniforms are truly uncomfortable and expensive.

On the other hand we all know that there are people with more or less money and I strongly think that the uniform makes that people look like the others. Also the uniform can be washed more or less times and nobody can know it unless it smells bad.

In conclusion, I feel that uniform should to be completly optative for making children feel comfortable with the clothes that he/she has chosen.

OPINION ESSAY

STUDENTS SHOULDN'T HAVE HMW

Homework is a word that we all, child’s, are listening all the days of our lives, because all the teachers want that we learn a lot. But in fact homework haves advantages and disadvantages.

In one hand homework leave us the opportunity to learn a lot of things and to practice a lot of stuff. Homework also prepare us for be something in the future like a doctor etc...

In the other hand homework don't let us the opportunity to have fun and I personally think that we all, are doing homework an studying eight hours a day in the school, and I truly thing that this is in off because we need time to relax ore do everything we want.

In conclusion I think that we have to do homework but in little quantities, and sometimes, not all the days.

Sito's Inline Skating Information

Inline Skating, in my opinion, is an sport that everybody, or at list least every young person, can practise. I think that is a weekend sport or hobby that could makes you have a good time.

The first officially documented inline skating appeared in London in 1760. The first known inventor of an inline roller skate was John Joseph Merlin.

To practisinge it you'll need helmet and pads for the elbows and the knees because if just in case you fall. The best place to start practising inline skating is on grass.

I recomend this sport to all the people who likes have a good time, however I personaly prefere to do it in group. And I insist, I strongly recomend it and I'm completely sure that you'll enjoy.

It developed in 1980, and the people liked it because, you could go very fast just going as walking.

Before you start going inline skating, you should have lessons. The best place to practice could be on grass, because if you fell down, you won’t hurt your legs or arms.

As you practice, you’ll keep fitter, so every time you will skate for longer.

The most important thing is that you have ever to wear a crash helmet and knee and elbow pads, because if you fell to the floor, you won’t hurt any part of your body.

So, if you like going fast to everywhere, and just only going as walking, you have to practice inline skating.

Inline skating

Inline skating it’s a very funny sport, that children can do. It isn’t a very dangerous sport, but the first time you try to practice it, is better you go with an adult person.

When you start doing inline skating you must wear helmet: knee, head and elbow protection. We don’t now when this sport start, but people think that inline skating comes from Paris.

The best place to practise this sport, is going to a smooth road, with out any stone in the floor… One possibility is going to the park, for me it is the best place to practice it, nevertheless you can go to a specific club of inline skating to enjoy it.

You need a pair of skates and the helmet, they aren’t so expensive. Inline skating isn’t a very expensive sport, so that a lot of people can practice it. This sport is similar to skateboarding, but you must keep your balance in both.

Practising inline skating in summer and spring is more comfortable, because, the good weather helps to enjoy it.

So please, try it. It’s very funny!!! I’m sure that you’d like it.

Hi, I’m Maria from SIL school of Barcelona. I’m writing to you to give you some advice.

You might find it difficult getting used to our school but you mustn’t worry about coming to Sil School because the teachers are very friendly and they will help you to settle in.

We have to start school quite early but not as early as my brother; he has to start at eight o’clock.

You don’t have to do any homework but you have to come to all the classes. You may want to have a look at the timetable which is attached.

You aren’t allowed to use your mobile phone in class, it must be turned off.

I usually have lunch there but you don’t have to if you don’t want to and you could bring something to eat from home. If I were you I would choose not to go because the food is horrible in the school canteen.

If you get bullied you shouldn’t start a fight, you must tell the teachers and they will try to solve the problem. Anyway, people are quite kind and friendly.

I’m looking forward seeing and meeting you.

I hope you will like my school.

See you soon.

You probably know that the uniform is either shorts or trousers and the maroon polo shirt.
We do PE every Tuesday and Thursday so bring the PE kit and a pair of trainers those days. And then also every Monday we do an hour swimming lesson so you must bring your swimming things (hat, towel, shorts, goggles in needed). They give you all the books and notebooks you need so all you have to bring is some pens. You can bring your mobile to school but it must not be used in school.
Thats all I think is necessary so I will see you the first day at school!

informal letter

12th October

Dear Brenda:

Thank you very much for having written to me a letter,
a lot of for time nothing of you, though I had like that you
were written to me to give me good news, but the important
thing is that you have written to me a letter.
How could it have happened?
When you were going with me to the school,
you were a very good student.
It is amazing that you have suspended some exams, but doesen't matter
I'm completely sure, that you never suspend a exam again.
Now you have to put on batteries and to strain much more that before,
This, can't return to happen, and you know it.
I hope that you write to me soon, but good news,of course.
I love you very much.
Carla.

Dear Jimena,

How are you? Is everything ok in England, in your new school? Do you miss Spain?

I'd like to have news from you. I’ve tried to phone you on your birthday but you didn’t answer because it was switched off.

Next week I’m travelling four days to Berlin with my parents. Alvaro, my brother isn’t coming because he has to study a lot. Have you ever been to Germany?

In Calafell the weather is still sunny and hot, and the water is quite warm. It’s a pity that winter is coming. I don't really like winter but I love skiing in Andorra.

Granny told us, you were coming for one week holidays at the beginning of December. I want you to phone me to make plans together because I miss you a lot.

Please send me a postcard or a picture of your school.

Anyway, I miss you, please write soon.

I'd be fantastic to hear from you and your experience in England.

Lots of kisses.

María

How are you? Well, I think that you aren't that fine.
I'm really sad about the letter that you sent me. Don't worry, I know that you are an excellent student and you can easily retake your exams if you study hard.
Here am I, in the beautiful city of Barcelona and today I'm the happiest person you could ever see! Do you know why? Today it's my birthday! So I'd be very glad if your gift is that, from now on, you won't fail any exam.
Anyway, I hope that apart of that, you and your familiy are well.

Dear Javi,

Thank you for writing me. I’m so sorry for what has happened to you, but you have to understand that if you don’t study and if you don’t pay attention to the teacher you'll provably fail. But don’t worry, just study a little more, and if you don’t understand something, just ask to the teacher.

What about your football team? This year my team is fantastic, because we have a lot of very good players and we’re the first ones in the league with twelve points I’m anxious to see how the league finishes.

Write soon please,

Alberto.

Dear Paula,
Thanks for writing. I’m very sorry, but, did you study? Well, I know that be studying for ten exams having only three days is a little exhausting. The next time you must prepare it before, not all of them at the same time, and the most important thing: you have to understand all the things you’re reading. I know you can do it better, so don’t worry, you will improve your marks.
What about your family? My brother is finishing the university in Alaska. He says that in winter the weather is freezing. In winter he’ll visit us, I’m looking forward to it.
Please, if you have some news, just write.
Lots of love,Laura.

Dear Pepito,
Hi, I've just seen your letter and I feel sorry for you. But I strongly don't recomend you to give up recommend you not to give up and continue studying as always. Anyway, over here, in Punta Cana nothing has changed, my family is OK, I'm fine as well, and I continue my surf classes, I've learnt a lot! And this year I'm going to a new school called Mango. It's an English school, and here, all is different: I go home at 3:00 PM instead of 4:30 PM, and the really amazing thing is that the school gives to all new students a HORSE! A really big horse. And most of the people (like me) go to school riding his/her horse by the beach, It's... fantastic to see all your friends going to school with you with their horses. And obviously the school is only at 20 meters from the beach.
So, as I told you before: Never give up.
Write soon.
